LIFE 4 LAND / SMB

Okay, so i've not been even mildy excited by anything to come out of the rap / hip hop world, for quite some time.
Even the English stuff is so over americanised and laquered with a cheap layer of vocoder, bitches and bling.
SNORE!
I felt mild amusement over Tinie Tempahs "would you risk it for a chocolate biscuit?" but thats just one lyric in a very, same-same-over-produced album - "ooh la la frisky" -
Keep it in ya pants mate.
Seriously.
So, how happy was I, when the multi-talented musician ED COX passed me the link for the Hip Hop crew SMB (smoke my beef).
Finally!!! some originality. The video below in particular -Cribs.
It delivers line after line of punchy, hard-hitting, raw, fast and clever rapping, set to a catchy as the plague tune.
Since coming across it, i play it non-stop and to anyone who will listen.
"so keep polishin ya top dollar croc-a-shit"
and "wot you know about raving and flat-rigs?"

Its English, anti - most things and its the opposite of bitches and bling (that shits embarassing),
these guys are too cool and theyre not even trying.
Prrrroper Nice!
'Oi! So wot you know 'bout cribs, all you need is first dibs and a section 6...'
SMB and Life for your fucking Land.
I highly recommend you dig around.
